To get a FREE Sample of Peppermint, Wintergreen or Deep Blue Essential Oils enter extension #76477 for some reason when you hit submit the form is clearing, so it’s hard to tell 100% if this is going through. But there have been some readers on the Facebook page that did get another page after they submitted the form.

It told me thank you after I hit submit.
I tried 3 times to fill out form and each time I pressed submit it cleared my info.
I typed in the ext# and after I clicked Submit it said Thank You and your sample will arrive shortly.
I use essential oils frequently, and would love to try this one.

After I hit submit, the form cleared out and I saw this message: Thank you for your request. Your sample will arrive soon! Sounds like its good to go! :fingersx:
didn’t work for me. maybe it’s only for certain states..
I finally got it after deleting browsing history and allowing pop-ups. :thumbsup:

Just wanted to share how it worked for me. I first tried the ext. as #76477 and the form cleared after hitting submit. So I when I tried it again I impute everything the same except the ext. which I did as 76477 leaving out the # sign & it worked. Good Luck ya all!
