I just tried it and it worked for me, make sure you have no spaces in the code.
Worked for me, though it took a few tries!
Don’t click on Paypal right away from shopping cart page. First click on “Proceed to checkout” then once you have typed in all of your shipping info and put in the promotion code, then click on “Checkout” again and it will take you to a page where you can say you want to check out without creating account. Then on the NEXT PAGE it will let you choose your payment method. That’s when you can select Paypal. You can do this more than once and get a sample of all the products. You just have to start at the beginning each time and go back through the steps. ***MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ENTER FREESHIP PROMOTION CODE THAT THERE IS NO EXTRA SPACE AT THE END OF THE WORD. THE CURSOR MUST BE RIGHT AT THE END OF THE WORD OR IT WON’T WORK***
