I really find the Good Housekeeping samples and/or sweepstakes somewhat tricky. They always seem to sneak in the subscription and if you are not careful you end up with their hassle of of getting the subscribtion canceled. At least this was my experience when I don’t pay close attention to even their finest print. It took me 3 times (one writing cancel on the envelope and 2 times canceling on the internet) before they stopped sending me letters that I owed them money. Thanke for pointing out where they were going to add the persons name to their subscription.
