The address section is a bit weird but I got it to work and now i’m getting a sample.
Make sure you have something in both parts of the address lines.
Try again, Wella said they fixed their glitch. I received the message initially too. Then I tried again and it worked.

In order for it to work you have to fill in both of the address lines with your address. Then it will work. And it will work only on a desktop comptuter or labtop.
Try filling out BOTH address lines. That worked for me!

I was wondering how that works. Wella is a line for professionals. Maybe they wont give it to people who don’t have a cosmetology license. Don’t get me wrong, I might be wrong, but just a suggestion.
