i was very polite in letting them know that i placed 2 orders with them that was confirmed with free codes and i also placed an order that i paid for at the same time, why is it that the 2 free orders had an issue but the one i paid for on the same order had no problem? Due to the fact that i am not thrilled with how they handled the situation i canceled the order i paid for!!!!
I also got the cancellation email today. Why did they even bother sending people confirmations to begin with, if they were going to just turn around and cancel the orders ? If they send a confirmation, they should have the integrity to send the orders. I’m NOT too pleased with AT &T ! Grrr !
