well i waited got my 2000 miles then entered my account number and it says to enter my account number..I did..again..same message…I copy and pasted it then I typed it out…neither worked..went and checked to see if I had to verify my account..its all good..not sure what im doing wrong. Im going to try in IE. Im using firefox.
it did the same for me..just keep copying and pasting it..
Make sure there isn’t a space at the end of your account number… That’s what it did to me…
i forgot to enter the promo code i did not find where to enter how can i fix it?
I forgot to enter my promo code too. I looked all over for a way to cancel my account & start over, but couldn’t find anything. I finally emailed the company & explained I forgot the promo code. Haven’t heard back from them yet.
