They gave me back my 15 dollars.
I just called them, (for the about the fifth time!!!!) and the woman was very pleasant and put my $15.00 back on my card. She just said to wait til the end of next week for it to show up on my statement and if it doesn’t then give a call back. Hopefully I won’t have to call again though.
