If thisis FREE why does it ask for your credit card number?
Most companies ask for a CC # even if it’s free, don’t know why, but if you call them you don’t have to use a CC.
the reality is that it’s handled by computers and they sacrifice customization for processing speed. it’s required because the computer has to fill that little box in. if it doesn’t fill it in then it doesn’t see the order as complete, and can’t process it.
because you have to pay 42 cents tax

…my order went through, it’s under my account, but I never got a confirmation email and when I check the status of it, it says there’s a problem that may delay my delivery and it’s being “researched”… anyone else having a similar problem?
You should add a $.39 filler like a tape dispenser to get rid of the researching status problem. You most likely will get cancelled unless you add a cheap filler.

I hope this isnt a freebie similar to the free Logitech Webcam in Best Buy 2010. It was a glitch in the system and so best buy couldnt offer me the webcam at free.
I remember the Logitech web cam from Best Buy I got lucky enough to get one, but they were sold out so fast in our area.

I just picked mine up at staples today! So apparently, my $0.00 orders actually went through and was shipped to staples, even though I never received confirmation emails. Who knows how that happened. I only realized it when I was supposed to pick up my $0.39 order of the coffee and tape dispenser. So in the end, I picked up 4 boxes of coffee creamer today! (2 orders of $0.39 orders and 2 orders of $0.00. Happy happy!) :thumbsup:
So if u did not get confirmation email, maybe bring the printable summary with the order# and see if ur box is availiable at staples. Because the last time I checked, my $0.00 orders were being researched, and unable to be processed. But I still got it! So who knows. :yahoo:

I got a email and a telephone call from the store telling me my order was in and that I could pick it up anytime. I went yesterday and picked up the package. My invoice said the cost was .00. This was a great deal. My husband uses these creamers to take to work with him. I may try to order another one. Thanks!
