I just spoke with someone at their customer service because I wanted to know if this was FREE why did they need my credit card info. She told me that my card would be charged $10.00 asa donation that there must have been some mistake on this web-sight

  They can’t do that, the total says $0.00. It would be illegal if they charged the card for $10 when you never approved it. If you don’t want to put your CC info in then you can add all zero’s for the CC.

Put the braclet in my cart, then ran to car to get cc, and when I came back it was till in my “cart”, but when I clicked on checkout it said that I had nothing in my cart and braclet was gone….called customer service and it was a 24 hour special that ended at 11am eastern time.

there are other colors if you look down. but they still don’t have my size for the sandal…is there anything else for $10???? I really wanted that bracelet!!!! 😥

I started to get a t-shirt for $9 (under the Be As You Are link on the women’s drop-down menu) but the shipping was $9.95! Not worth it!

I again just spoke with a manager this time and your charge card will be charged a fee of $9.95 which is their flat rate of shipping. I am not trying to be the bad guy here but I know money is tight for me and $10.00 makes a diffrence some times.
