HOW TO ENTER: Access to the internet, a valid personal and public Instagram account, and access to the Instagram App are required to participate. During the Promotion Period complete the following steps to enter the Promotion

Step One: Log in to your personal, public Instagram account on the Instagram App (please note that participation via a mobile/desktop browser version is not possible) and follow @chiquitabanana on Instagram.

Step Two: Locate the participating post published by @chiquitabanana on April 7, 2026, referring to this Promotion (“Chiquita Post”).

Step Three: Comment on the Chiquita Post with the hashtag #ChiquitaBananaDay.

Step Four: Once the above steps (a), (b), and (c) are completed, you will receive a series of direct messages from @chiquitabanana (the “Entry Direct Messages”). Follow the instructions in the Entry Direct Messages from @chiquitabanana to read, accept, and agree to the Official Rules and the applicable Privacy Policy. You will also be required to provide your country of residence to complete your entry.

By completing the above steps (a), (b), (c) and (d) in their entirety you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion (the “Entry”). For the avoidance of doubt, commenting on the Chiquita Post alone will NOT result in an entry into the Promotion. You must complete your Entry within 24 hours of receiving the first initial Entry Direct Message or your entry submission will result in disqualification and any subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified for the Promotion.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS:

There are four hundred ninety (490) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be won in the Promotion. Each Prize winner (each, a “Winner”) will receive an exclusive Pop by Nature ceramic set for two, including two (2) bowls and two (2) plates. The ARV of each Prize is $41.00 USD / $56.02 CAD.
