Each Instant Win prize consists of:  a Dos Equis Most Interesting Man merchandise kit scheduled to include one (1) Dos Equis Most Interesting Man bobble head; one (1) Dos Equis Bandana; one (1) pair of Dos Equis socks, and one (1) pack of Dos Equis playing cards.  Exact merchandise items included in kit subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any merchandise item(s) with alternate merchandise item(s) of approximately equal or greater value, in its sole discretion, based upon availability.  Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Instant Win prize award: $15.  Total ARV of all available Instant Win prize awards: $3,900.

Sweepstakes Drawing Prizes (40): A total of forty (40) Sweepstakes Drawing prizes will be available to be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period.
