Drawings: After each day of the Entry Period, Sponsor will select five (5) winners in a random drawing from all entries that were received during the previous day. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received for the applicable drawing.

Prizes: Each winner will receive one M&M’s x Crocs Bae Clog, one M&M’s x Crocs Classic Clog, one M&M”s x Crocs 7 Jibbitz charms pack, and one custom pack of M&M’s x Crocs candies with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $250 USD. A total of five (5) prizes are available with a total ARV of $1250 USD. A winner is responsible for paying taxes and any costs and expenses not specified above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred prior to award. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
