Prizes:

There will be five hundred (500) prizes available in the Promotion at the start of the Promotion Period (each, a “Prize”). Each Prize consists of one (1) M&M’s branded tin lunch box, one (1) branded insert, one (1) peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat, one (1) assorted berry fruit cup (berries may vary), one (1) small bag of baby carrots, one (1) can of sparkling water, one (1) snack-size pack of potato chips, one (1) single-size bag of M&M’s PB&J, and one (1) fun-size bag of M&M’s PB&J. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $20.00

Winner Selection:

a) Manhattan, NY: the first 100 eligible Participants in Manhattan, NY who complete and submit the online Entry Form which is received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period will qualify to receive a Prize.

b) Chicago, IL: the first 100 eligible Participants in Chicago, IL who complete and submit the online Entry Form which is received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period will qualify to receive a Prize.

c) Los Angeles, CA: the first 100 eligible Participants in Los Angeles, CA who complete and submit the online Entry Form which is received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period will qualify to receive a Prize.

d) Nashville, TN: the first 100 eligible Participants in Nashville, TN who complete and submit the online Entry Form which is received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period will qualify to receive a Prize.

e) Austin, TX: the first 100 eligible Participants in Austin, TX who complete and submit the online Entry Form which is received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period will qualify to receive a Prize.

Open to legal residents of delivery zones in Manhattan, NY; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Nashville, TN; or Austin, TX, 18+. Begins 7/29/2025 at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends 7/29/2025 at 6:00 p.m. ET or when all prizes claimed, whichever is first. Total Prizes/Odds: 500 prizes available (Total ARV $10,000).
