GRAND PRIZES (40): There are forty (40) Grand Prizes (“Grand Prizes”) available to be awarded. Twenty (20) Grand Prizes will be awarded in the Prize drawing for the First Entry Period, ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded in the Prize drawing for Second Entry Period and ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded in the Prize drawing for the Third Entry Period. Each Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive via e-mail one (1) Vudu Promotional Code for the amount of $250 good towards the purchase or rental of content (excluding Disc + Digital or Mix & Match transactions) on Vudu.com and via participating Vudu apps. Grand Prize mush be redeemed no later than December 31, 2022. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $250. The ARV of all the Grand Prizes is $10,000.

FIRST PLACE PRIZES (750): There are seven hundred fifty (750) First Place Prizes (“First Place Prizes”) available to be awarded. All First Place Prizes will be awarded in the Prize drawing for the First Entry Period. Each First Prize winner (“First Prize Winner”)”) will receive via e-mail one (1) Vudu Promotional Code in the amount of $20.00 good towards the purchase or rental of content (excluding Disc + Digital or Mix & Match transactions) on Vudu.com and via participating Vudu apps. First Place Prize must be redeemed no later than December 31, 2022. The ARV of each First Place Prize is $20.00. The ARV of all the First Place Prizes is $15,000.

SECOND PLACE PRIZES (10,000): There are ten thousand (10,000) Second Place Prizes (“Second Place Prizes”) available to be awarded.

Five thousand (5,000) Second Place Prizes will be awarded in the Prize drawing for the First Entry Period and five thousand (5,000) Second Place Prizes will be awarded in the Prize drawing for the Second Entry Period. Each Second Prize winner (“Second Prize Winner”) will receive via e-mail one (1) Vudu Promotional Code for the amount of $6.00 good towards one rental of any movie (excluding “Home Premieres”, Premium Video on Demand, Disc + Digital or Mix & Match transactions, or any other early release window content) on Vudu.com and via participating Vudu apps (up to $6 total value). One-time use only. Second Place Prize must be redeemed no later than December 31, 2022. The ARV of each Second Place Prize is $6. The ARV of all the Second Place Prizes is $60,000.

Total ARV of all Prizes available in this Sweepstakes is $85,000.
