Windex Class Action Settlement

You may be owed cash in a new Class Action Settlement – this one if for Windex glass cleaners. Windex owed $1.3 million in a class action settlement for false advertising that they were “non-toxic”.

Who is included in this settlement?
Anyone who has purchase Windex®Original Glass Cleaner, Windex Vinegar Glass Cleaner, Windex Ammonia-Free Glass Cleaner, or Windex Multi-Surface Glass Cleaner labeled “non-toxic” from Jan. 1, 2019, to July 9, 2021. Qualify? Submit a claim here.

How much will I get?
You can claim $1 per product purchased – unlimited claims if you have proof. If you don’t have proof you can claim up to 10 products for a total of $10.

The deadline to submit a claim for this class action settlement is October 29, 2021. As usual, be honest when submitting claims as it is against the law to submit false claims.
