i filled in all info then a box popped up asking for confirmation code sent to email.i had no corresponding emails and yes i checke spam i had no emails from that day at all so it was easy to know i had not recieved one.i waited abut five minutes and renewed my page and still no email to confirm the code to get this freebie.hope it worked for others.

THe code is a confirmation number that is sent to your email. It took awhile to send it but once I got it, then it worked perfectly.
