An estimated $10 per qualifying purchase of Benefiber Original, up to 5 units without proof of purchase. An estimated $12 per qualifying purchase of Benefiber Healthy Shape, up to 5 units without proof of purchase.

The claim period ends 10/6/21, so be sure to file by that date if you qualify.
