The link says Teachers down on the right hand side and there it says register click that but it will ask you what school you teach at and what subject and grade you teach.
Click the link and look on the right side where it says register.

the code for the leather journal from Meade didn’t work for me
I just submitted but it says that the shipment to the PO Box is not valid? I tried again and it worked.
