     Keep trying suej. I had the same message and tried numerous times and it finally went through! I usually use IE when using the Internet but then switched to Firefox and the form went through. Hope that helps :)!

     I have Foxfire and it didn’t go through. It hasn’t gone through any time I have seen it come up. 😡 😡

       They are having some issues right now, but they are working on the problem.
