PRIZES INCLUDE:
Ninety-Five Thousand Nine Hundred One (95,901) Prizes and their Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): 

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive up to fifteen (15) SYW products that he/she selected in the pop-up screen required for entry, that each have a value of no less than fifty dollars ($50) and no more than twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500) and that have a combined total value not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000). The Grand Prize products awarded will be designated by Sponsor, are subject to availability and retail price verification and at Sponsor’s discretion. Once the Grand Prize Winner’s SYW products are ordered by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner cannot make any changes. Sponsor reserves the right to dispute the stated retail value of any SYW product selected that is not sold at any Sears Store or Kmart Store, or online at sears.com or kmart.com. In the event of a dispute of a SYW product listed in the Grand Prize Winner’s Entry, Sponsor reserves the right to award, in lieu of that corresponding product, the equivalent of the retail value of that product stated online at sears.com or kmart.com up to two million five hundred thousand (2,500,000) Shop Your Way points at its sole discretion. The ARV of the two million five hundred thousand (2,500,000) Shop Your Way points: $2,500. ARV of Grand Prize: up to $5,000;

(1,400) First Prizes: One thousand four hundred (1,400) Winners will each receive one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) Shop Your Way points. ARV of each First Prize: $1.25;

(3,500) Second Prizes: Three thousand five hundred (3,500) Winners will each receive one thousand (1,000) Shop Your Way points. ARV of each Second Prize: $1.00;

(28,000) Third Prizes: Twenty-Eight thousand (28,000) Winners will each receive five hundred (500) Shop Your Way points. ARV of each Third Prize: $0.50; and
