Hey, congrats….you managed to crash the site.
No, people cause the site to crash. It’s not maintenance.
This is worst run promotion. I’ve tried every week and each time the site is under maintenance during the promotion. I’ll log on before it starts with no problem and about 10 minutes prior to start time the site goes to maintenance. I’ve tried different computers, browser, phone, same result. By the time maintenance is done all prizes are gone. I’ve called them and they said it is just routine maintenance and the prizes are first come.

Woo! Finally got it, I love toy drones, I think I have a similar model to the one they’re giving away. They need more internets though to keep the server from crashing every 30 seconds. Oh, and they still have the drones (I’m guessing maybe a few got through at a time, so they extended it a little, maybe?).

For such a major company RJ Reynolds Tobacco should be embarrassed by the way this promo is run, and the treatment of their customers. The site continues to run slow, crash, is up for ‘maintenance’ every Wednesday starting at 11:00 Am (cst). Happy for those that can get thru and claim a promo item, but disappointed in Camel for having such a poorly run website.

You need to learn how the Internet works. Too many people logging in will cause the site to crash. That’s what is happening.

Now, for the people complaining. Please learn how the internet works. When too many people go on the same website at the same time that causes the error message as Maintenance. Just like when the Lottery was big and the lottery site did the same. They are not putting it on maintenance. It is US. So, no ore whining.
Been trying since the promotion began and every time I try to log in, same message or the page will not load. Half hour before the start time right up until around 4:00 pm. Then it will magically let me log in and then say sorry all gifts have been claimed. What a crock of bull. They only give the prizes to who they want to have them.
We keep refreshing until we can get the gift. I smoke Camel, so I hope I always get the gift.
