Make sure your sighned in to the xbox live profile of your xbox 360,then press the xbox guide button on your controller,next got to the far left file called ”marketplace”,then find the option called redeeme code,it will provide a keyboard on the tv,which will allow you to type in the code that you have for the xobx live content,once you finished typing the code,make sure it exacly matches your code then press enter or start on the controller.:]
