I still got charged $1.00 even tho i returned it before 9pm the next day. Anyone else have this problem?
Hi Ashley, When you rent a movie at Redbox they charge your credit card $1 just to verify that it is a valid card, but in a few days that $1 charge should be removed. If Redbox doesn’t remove the charge then you can call them at 1-866-733-2693 and let them know what happened. Their hours are M-S 7am -12am CST.
