if you are getting 5.25 for the final price and live in Virginia it is because that is where the company is based. That may be why you have to pay 25 cents for tax.

the Biotin came up free but I can’t get rid of the $4.95 shipping charge. Maybe the free shipping has expired? Oh well, I canceled out of it because I don’t want to pay that and can’t seem to get around it.
