Hi Dee, When you complete the signup you should see the screen to redeem for the FREE Movie. Below is an image example:

If you missed the redeem screen when you signed up you can go under “My Account” and “Account Info”. At the bottom you will see Saved Promotions click Retrieve. Below is an image example:
